Toshiba 2.1G in 755

I received word from the folks at Micro Sense that the Toshiba 2.1G drive
(MK2101MAN) basically can work in a ThinkPad 755 (I have a 755CD). However,
it sounds like hibernation and Password would not work. Is that the
experience people have had with this upgrade? Does suspend still work OK
with this drive? I use hibernation and would hate to lose it, but I can see
how the BIOS and software might have a hard time finding the hibernate area
on a volume of this size. I hope and expect that suspend will work.

Interestingly enough, the fellow at Micro Sense said that IBM's 17mm 2.1G
drive DOESN'T work in IBM TP 755's even though the Toshiba does. Is that the
experience out there? Has anyone tried to get the IBM drive (DCRA-22160) to
work in a 755?
