That's to check it -- I forgot to mention that what I've found works
*most* of the time (~95%) is to either remove the ethercard when the 'pad is
suspended (i.e. before you open it up to use dialup networking) or click on
the PCMCIA taskbar icon and "Stop" the ethercard & remove it.
