cab files

My Thinkpad 365 came with cab files 07 through 25 in the windows\options\cab
directory. I've made the back up diskettes and left the cab files for
emergency use.

It's always bugged me that there are no cab files 01 through 06. Can anyone
explain this to me? The back up disks made from them are a full set.
