overseas power/phone

i'm sending a laptop on tour of australia, singapore, taiwan, hong kong, and 
tokyo next month.  can anyone tell me what kind of power adapter i'll need to 
send with it, or recommend a place i can buy what i need?  phone adapters, too 
if possible.
