I have the Disctec RoadRunner 4X parallel port CDROM drive (they make an
8X now); if you get the 701C preload CD, it happens to be one of the
drives supported on the preload diskette image to be found on the IBM
Web site. The RoadRunner also has OS/2 support, if that's your cup of tea.
I think that PC Warehouse still sells the 4X, along with the 8X.
