Thanks to all for passing along the information I requested. Unfortunately, Easy-Serve's US 1-800 number doesn't work up here in Canada and Easy-Serve Canada tells me that they won't sell Preload CDs to either end-users or resellers (I work for one). The only way I can reload my unit is if I send in the unit to them and they will reload it for me. They will only do one free reload and from then on they will charge me $75Can for each subsequent reload. Ouch! This makes little sense to me because as far as I can tell there is no difference between the US and Canadian models. My model number is 2630-7TC which I believe is the exact same model number used on the equivalent US unit. If any one knows of any differences between the US and Canadian Models; I would greatly appreciate hearing about them. Otherwise, I will post a WTB for one such CD on the List. Thanks in advance.
