What you'll have to do here (and it can be a bit of a nightmare), is
choose 'install Direct Cable Connection' from the Control Panel, and as
it prompts you for each installation file, choose Browse.
Then copy the relevant file from your desktop/Win95 CD to a floppy, put
this in the laptop and point it to the file. It will then prompt you
again, for the next file, and you'll have to repeat the procedure.
I've had to install several Win95 components that way - I deleted the
preinstall files (CAB files) as I was short on disk space.

If anyone knows a quicker way than this, could they let us know?
