TP701 Hibernation

I just started using the hibernation feature of the system and it
seems to work just fine except that when I use WinNT 4.0 as the OS
the clock does not get updated while the system is hibernating.

Is this normal or is there something that can be done so that the clock 
gets updated when the system wakes up?
