I heard others on this group praise the Port cases described in the TP
accessories catalog and I love mine.  Works well and convient too at around
a hundred bucks for their cheapest model which I bought.  

But the best laptop insurance is insurance.  Covered on the homeowners
insurance for  low dollars (around $25) and then included some of my work
tools on the same rider and includes the all important drop damage.
