Xircom Cardbus 100/10 Adapter

I just got one of these cards and cannot get it working with my TP760E
running Win95 OSR2.  The readme.txt on the Xircom disk says, "If using
Windows 95 OSR2, an operating system patch may be required.  Check with IBM
for more information."

I called IBM and they knew nothing about this patch.  Has anyone got this
card working in their machine?
