Windows NT Workstation or Server 4.0 on Thinkpads?

Has anyone run Windows NT Workstation 4.0 or Windows 
NT Server 4.0 on an IBM Thinkpad (particularly a 750
with 20 MB RAM & 2 GB HD)?  Advantages, disadvantages,
PCMCIA compatability, video chip support, sound chip
support, and installation advice would be appreciated.
