RE: TP365XD Question

Win 95 will use the standard ATAPI driver. Works on virtually every
4x cdrom that uses the EIDE interface. If your Win 95 came with the CD-ROM
setup Boot disk it should find it by itself.

Subject: TP365XD Question

Just bought a TP365XD (P100,8/810/CD-ROM) for a great price. But, the unit
was a store demo and somebody messed up the Win95 system somewhat. I've
pretty much repaired everything, but would REALLY like to reformat the HDD
and start over as I don't use much of anything that came on the computer.

Question is: I would like to reformat and reload with Win95B (FAT32). I
recently did this with a TP 701cs and all went well. My concern are the
drivers for the built-in CD-ROM. My Computer lists these as a Teac drive,
but I don't show any Win95 drivers available on the CD-ROM. Sony, etc., is
all I can find.

Anybody know whether or not this will work?? Will Win95 self-install some
kind of CD-ROM driver that will work??

Thanks in advance!!

Ken
