Thinkpad 701 Memory

While there are many vendors who offer 16MB SO DIMM
chips for the TP 701C/CS and fewer that offer the 32MB
SO DIMM chip, only 3 are IBM approved and does not
void your easyservice warranty that I have been able to
determine after telephone calls and faxes to/from the
manufacturers:
1.  Goldenram: 32MB part # = 92G7281-GR.
                       16MB part # = 92G7263-GR
2.  Viking: 32MB part # = I7281
                16MB part # = I7263
3.  Kingston: 32 MB part # = KTM-TP701/32
                    16 MB part # = KTM-TP701/16
I appreciate learning otherwise if anyone knows
differently.
