The Key board needs to be replaced, IBM will not send you one,
although you can by one from the parts dept. There are three optiond,
ch with a local dealer & see if they could order a replacement KB &
allow you to use the TP until the part arrives. Usually the next day.
Get a overnight easyserve $99.00 extra & loose your system for one
night. Finally, try ordering the box the week before & send it in on
friday or monday. You should be back before the next weekend.
