The 830, 50, and 60 are part of the ThinkPad PowerSeries, in the RS/6000 group.  They came with I think 
either 32MB or 64MB of RAM, 75MHz 603e processor, SCSI-II hard drive and CD-ROM, and either Windows 
NT or AIX.
