Patrick, This *isn't* a problem with the Thinkpad. Now, are you running TCP/IP or NetBIOS or IPX or all three or what? If you're running TCP/IP, can you ping things on the network? Are you suspending or booting your system from scratch? What happens if you boot without the PC Card, hot-plug the PC Card, wait for the drivers to load, and do it then? Lots of questions.
