The ibm.* news groups are internal ibm newsgroups (actually, the last I
knew, they were echoed between the mainframe "FORUM"s and the Unix
newsservers within IBM. (I used to work on the gateway code a little bit
in my "spare time".) I've heard rumors that some of the CFORUMs
("Customer FORUMs") are available on the 'net's newsservers, but I've
never actually been able to find or post to them.
