I've got NT4.0 WS and Solaris X86 together on one hard drive on my 755CD.
I use the X86 "Boot manager" to select which operating system to go into
and it works fine.  One hint however: Do yourself a favor and make a small
FAT partition in addition to your NTFS partition.  X86 can mount FAT
partitions for read and write, so if you want to copy files between NT and
X86 that is the best way to do it.
