IF you mean 24 hr turn-a-round they charge, or did several months ago, $100
for the service, but I've never had a need that justified the expense. I
have, however, sent my 701 in for word a few times and have always
received it back two days after out-shipping. Unfortunately, that's the
good news, the bad news is that each cause for sending it in the first
place has taken two or three round trips - but they did get it fixed!
