TP701 CPU Upgrade Options

Hi,
  I am strongly considering upgrading my 701's CPU. I have looked around and 
the only reputable company that's been around and doesn't cost an arm and a leg 
is Evergreen Tech. But I am wondering if anyone had their ThinkPad or even 
better, their 701 upgraded by these people? If so, how's impression on the 
upgrade? Goods and bads?
  And if you have any other source that does this type of upgrades, let me 
know. Warranty service is also going be very important because nobody has yet 
to claim the 3 year warranty that IBM provides on this laptop which I am going 
to lose when I do the upgrade. Thanks.
