Actually, this is true of nearly every OS I know that supports
PCMCIA.  And if you don't like removing the PCMCIA cover to pull
out the card, suspending the computer and waking it is usually
enough (always worked for me w/ OS/2 and Linux, Win95 is a
little more finicky in that suspend doesn't always work and
doesn't always seem to restart Card services).
