good Easyserve experience

While we're on the subject of Easyserve, I just had my
first service.  They key lettering on my 760CD was getting
worn off.  They next day fedex'd a box to me (you've really
got to see the excellent design of this box if you haven't
seen it), I sent it back, then got it back w/ a new keyboard,
upgraded BIOS, and new memory upgrade door (the original
door kept unlocking by itself) on Wednesday morning (mailed
it out on Saturday using the prepaid Fedex shipping label
they sent me).
Definitely better service than I've ever heard from other
laptop companies...
