Well, now I have an offer from the exec. cust. rel. person at IBM: Easyserve will again try to repair my
machine, this time, the display and broken backlight, front and back bezels, also possibly the keyboard, and
maybe the internal speaker and power in jack, and the good thing is he said he's going to pick up the tab!
That's right, from his own pocket (or at least that's what he said!)! I don't know if he does this more than this
time, but he'd have to have another income or something to spend $1,000-$2,000 on cases like that,
especially since those people there have TONS of cases (which is why this is the second person on my case;
the first did not respond for 1.5-2 weeks, and I called up the office of General Manager of the ENTIRE IBM
PC Co.). Hopefully Easyserver won't screw up this time!!
