RE: Win95 on 750P
I'm interested in using a Pen with a touch screen on a portable laptop or tablet.
How well does it work? Is it a good mouse replacement?
What thinkpads have Pens? 730T, 730TE, 750P? - or others?
How well does it work with Win95?
TIA, Tom

I'm running Win95 with Pen Extensions on my 750P without any problems.
Well, there's one annoyance: using the 256 colour video driver seems
impose too much processing load on the handwriting recognition code,
insofar as the drawn ink isn't echoed as you draw it.
I've heard rumours that the Pen Extensions don't work with Win95 OSR2,
but I haven't tried myself.
