Yeah, to access 2.5" drives, you can use a converter cable,
 though I had trouble accessing my 701's 720meg drive 
(DBOA-2720) on a desktop.  I currently use a 340 meg 
(DHAA-2405) from a 755CE, and a 270meg (DBOA-2270) 
from a dead 355C on my desktop.  The only problem is that
the 270 won't work as a master drive, but it works great as 
a slave.  The current OS is OS/2 Warp 3.0 with Fixpack 26, 
though I put on Win95 on the 340 so I could run something. 

The converter will run you somewhere from 5-40 bucks, for
a conservative estimate.  It all depends on where you get
it.
