NT Requirements...?

This is a question which probably has been asked before...

Does it make sense to run NT on a P100, 256K 2nd level cache, 32MB RAM
or not? Linux is my primary OS but I also got to run W95 or NT. While
I'd prefer NT I am not sure if there is a point in installing it
on the above hardware.
