Nope; different beast.  I am fairly sure the 701 adapter kit only works
with the dock II, not the Dock I or selectadocks (both versions.) The
docs (sorry) for the adapter kit came out before the selectadocks did.
Of course someone can always call IBM to verify.....  :-)
