I have just successfuly (well sort of) installed RED HAT 4.2 LINUX on my
TP500...
Now, chances are I will end up re-doing the whole thing just for the
educational (but semi-painful) benefit...
Can someone more experienced please help me by advising on the best way to
configure X-Windows?
I ahve seen teh X-CONFIG files at a couple of teh TP500 sites, but I'm not
sure whats teh "best" way for me to go...
Can I even use METRO-X? Is it compatible with teh TP500?
Currently the version of X running right now, doesnt work at all, but I
guess a good re configuring would help.
Or should I stick with XFree86?
The input from you more experienced chaps is looked upon with great gratidude.
Thanks you!
