HELP WITH USING LILO & SYSTEM COMMANDER

Hello peaceful citizens,

I have just recently installed RH 4.2 on my TP500...

I have a 540 MB Hard DIsk.

I am running MS DOS6.22
WIN 95
and of course RedHat 4.2 Linux

I have the drive partiotioned 200/340MB (LINUX gets 340).

When I installed LINUX I also installed LILO , I guess...

Anyways, I am using SYSTEM COMMANDER to boot between the OS's.

Now my question is ...

DO I even need LILO?

Cuz when I select LINUX from SYSTEM COMMANDER, LILO kicks in & it defaults
to booting DOS unless I type in LINUX within 10 seconds.
I do not like that.
I don't want or need a choice beetween LINUX & DOS, that is what SYSTEM
COMMANDER is for.

I would like it so that when I select LINUX from SYSTEM COMMANDER it
automatically boots up LINUX, no questions or selections.

SO what do I need to do or undo?

How do I get rid of LILO and make LINUX boot right up from SYSTEM COMMANDER?

Now in case this is of relevance, the first 200MB of my HD is the DOS
partition, the last 340 is LINUX, 75 for the swap file & the remainder for
the file system or whatever it is called.

Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.
