I hate those touchpads. They strain my
hands, and the TrackPoint was a big persuasion
when I originally got my 355C. I figured out how to use it right away.

If you think they're proprietary, look at Compaq. I actually hate some
of the older Deskpros because adding memory, or reusing the video or I/O
cards was a pain in the butt, and their hard drive type #'s were as
proprietary as the PS/2's, but the PS/2's had way better performance.
