2 pixels constantly lit on monitor

I have a 365 XD.  As long as I have had it, about 6 months, ther ehave always
been a blue and a red pixel always lit when the computer is on.  They appear
in the bottom left of the active matrix screen, but are nto right next to one
another.  If I send this into Easyserv for this purpose, will I get another
monitor??
