Hmmm...new thinkpads don't depend on MWave that much?

Hmm..the specs indicate that the 770 has a crystal chip for
audio and the MWave has been relegated to modem only
work.  I didn't think the MWave was even capable of 56K speeds
because it was out of processor cycles.
They also changed the memory types again...i.e., 760 memory
won't work in the 770.
Disappointing that they don't have more video memory, but the
specs imply you can stick a different one in the SelectaDock.  It
also looks like they have full MPEG-2 support now (instead of
just HHR support) for DVD.
Wonder when the 765 will be out?  ;-)
