You have to make some changes to the installation diskettes. Check out Ty
Shrake's Warped Thinkpad page at http://www.tpwarper.com/. I followed the
procedure he details there; on the second reboot, OS/2 couldn't find my CD
because the PC Card drivers weren't installed yet. That was easily remedied by
booting to a command prompt, copying the drivers from the diskette and editing
CONFIG.SYS on the installation drive. It's possible that putting the line
SET COPPYFROMFLOPPY=1 in the CONFIG.SYS on Diskette 1 could obviate the need
for that step.

I'm not sure what you mean by "SCSI utilities".
