What is BBS Diskette 1?

I'm trying to install version 4.2.4 of the C&T video drivers for OS/2 on my
used 701C. When I run setup.cmd, a box displays asking me to insert the
diskette with the label "BBS Diskette 1". I don't have any such diskette.
Where would I find it? Thanks.
