w/r to the recent discussion of these caps, the latest Computer Shopper
has a review of IBM's new mouse+trackpoint gadget; the reviewer dislikes
the texture, and is grateful that it soon wears off!  (I like it myself,
but I am light-fingered on these things...)

I saw this mouse at computer city last weekend, and while I covet
it I am not willing to spend the $60; I paid about half this for my
wonderful Colani mouse (unfortunately not available in the US anymore,
though I've seen it or a clone in England sold as the 'Dolphin mouse').
