TP701: Resume on OSR2

My recent upgrade to OSR2 did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. All was
fine with win95 OSR1 but the new version is causing some difficulties.
Most prominently, I'm having difficulty resuming.

It goes into suspend OK but sometimes (75%), it refuses to come out. The
rightmost indicator light comes on, but the computer never revives and
the only thing I can do is power cycle it.
