I have a 365XD with a PCMCIA Zoom 38.8 modem and have lately encountered a problem trying to go online with it. Everytime I try to dial out, it tells me that another program is using the dial-up connection and then aborts. I made certain absolutely nothing else is running and even checked but hitting ALT-CTRL-DEL to bring up the window that lets you end any running tasks. This one is really baffling. Nothing I do makes this message go away and I can't connect to the Internet or even to a local BBS because the modem thinks it's already in use. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this? Sandy
