Modem Problem

Sandy,

	I had that problem on my desktop before, What happened was that I was
trying something different on a com port and somehow the port (com2)
that I used for my modem was taken out. I reinstalled the port (win95)
and everything is working as before. I know that the PCMCIA is different
but you might try and check the basic foundation for com ports and
PCMCIA slots. THat might be the problem. It took me a half a day and a
new modem (thought my other was toasted somehow) to find the problem.
