My wife has had no problems with the internal modem since we bought
the Butterfly in August of '95.  It has been used around the planet:
North America, Europe, Southern Africa...

The title of the manual is: "Using Your ThinkPad 701C/701CS Internal Modem".
The part numbers are:

     10H414

It was first published in January '95.
