701C Users: I try and force my Multiport II config to see a Parallel Port on LPT2 w/ EPP and disable the parallel/disk port. Windows95 detects the port and assigns as a LPT1 STANDARD port, not as an EPP. I'm trying to get EPP w/ my scanner via Multiport II. I've also noticed that my COM ports act the same way. COM1 is my modem, COM2 is my Multiport II serial port, and I've DISABLED the IRa port so I don't get a IRQ conflict, but Win95 always installs it since it see's it. Why does it see it? And is there a way around this so my IBM 701C Config Utility matches what Win95 see's?? Tried to force Audio setting in the past from the config utility, but had the same problem. TIA, Scott Scott E.
