One more question

Oh, I also have a question about the EZ Setup (F1 on bootup/CMOS setup).

Under the startup icon, there's a list of hardware (FDD-1, HDD-1,
Network, FDD-2, HDD-2, HDD-3, HDD-4, PCMCIA).  I can sort of drag the
icon to the top, but only in a particular order.  Why is this, and what
does this do for me anyway?  I haven't been able to tell a difference
when I change things.

I dont' have the manuals (sigh) or I wouldn't have to ask all these
silly questions.
