changing network settings

I'm using a ThinkPad 770 with Win 95. At work, I'm connected via the office
LAN to an ISDN line. At home, I'm using a cable modem. Both of these
connections call for different network settings (IP address, subnet mask,
DNS, etc.). So every day I'm changing these settings twice.

Is there any way to automate this process? There's gotta be software that
allows for multiple network settings...but I can't find it! It's not a
particularly big deal but I have to re-boot each time.

Thanks.
