It's a size T-6 Torx.  It's not a really easy bit to find, but any good
tool store should have one.  Just hope you never have to take apart the
actual computer case.  The screws in the front of the machine are a size
T-1 Torx which is almost impossible to find. (Well IBM does list them on
it's parts page for the 701's.
