I've got the one that came with the system.

1)	Does it take a special screwdriver?  They don't look like standard 
screws.  2) There seems to be some sort of tape also covering what I 
assume is the drive itself underneath.  3)  I've not mucked in the 
innards of the laptop before, even to this degree (except to put in a 
memory SO-DIMM).  4)  Are there places to buy the caddy itself?  (I'm 
familiar with thinkpads.com)
