They don't look like standard screws. 2) There seems to be some sort of tape also covering what I assume is the drive itself underneath. 3) I've not mucked in the innards of the laptop before, even to this degree (except to put in a memory SO-DIMM). 4) Are there places to buy the caddy itself? (I'm familiar with thinkpads.com) I'm a newbie to this mailing list, so if the etiquette of this list suggests that this exchange get taken off-list, let me know. Thanks
