Is the code just 30? or is it 30xx, x being any number? An FRU code of 32 is an external keyboard, a code of 33 is an external mouse, but I wasn't able to fine a code 30. A POST error code of 30x is usually an external device, while a POST code of 30xx is also an external device. System board codes are usually in the 1xx range. Don't think it's your board. If any peripherals are attached try removing them. Then try booting up your computer while holding down the F1 key. Hold it down until the Easy Setup screen appears then click on the test icon.
