That's an utter CROCK!  It's not like offering the 300K compressed file
on their web site would be a lot of work for them.  They _should_ have
them up there.

What model hard disk is it?  Also, what OSR of Win95 are you running? 
Someone recently posted a message stating some kind of problem with the
PCMCIA on certain models and that the OSR1 drivers work better.  

I beat my head against the wall trying to get a Western Digital to work
and finally gave up (sad fact is, I can write to it, but not without
really odd FAT errors).
