Hi Mike, I check on my Win version and it's the same as yours so that shouldn't be the problem. I then installed the DOS drivers and tried to initialize it that way with no success. Someone suggested that if I formated it, I would be able to access it. I tried doing that, but since I have no drive letter, I couldn't figure out how to format it. The utilities that came with the DOS drives weren't able to do it either. So I'm fresh out of ideas and about to call the Thinkpad Service Group with my fingers crossed that they will be more help than the Options people. Let me know if you have other idea.
