Thinkpad 760CD Select-A-System Software Reload CD ?

Obviously, those of us who own a Thinkpad 760CD should have a license
to reinstall the software originally pre-loaded on our machines.  But,
IBM no longer makes available the CD for restoring the system.  Would
it be permitted to borrow this CD from another Thinkpad 760CD owner to
rebuild my system?  If so, would anyone be willing to loan me the CD?
