Re: Solaris x86 on 770?



The hardware compatibility list for solaris x86 is on Sun's web page, but
Sun is not doing any new notebook driver development at the moment so the
most recent machines they list are Thinkpad 760 and Toshiba Tecra 510 and
720, hardly what I would call current machines.
And if you call up Sun they just tell you if it's not on the compatibility
list you're SOL "but we'll pass the request on to our engineers".
