I have no idea if NT and You can do that with the Linux kernel in general. Just dd it to a floppy and boot off it. No miracle, and no invention by RH. There are some, mainly /pub/Linux/docs/HOWTO/mini/Linux+NT-Loader and /pub/Linux/docs/HOWTO/unmaintained/mini/Linux+WinNT.
